HEALTH WARRANTY

Seller has had the puppy listed below thoroughly vet checked.  An accompanying health chart will list a four week and seven week DA2PPv vaccination,  wormings every two weeks, coccidia/giardia prevention, dew-claws removed on all puppies, and tails docked on Weimaraner puppies.  Said puppy has shown to be in sound health.

If, within the first 72 hours after the date of shipping or pick-up, a life threatening infectious disease causes the death of the puppy (detected by two established, separate, licensed veterinarians, and documented with microchip number) the Seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal or greater value from a litter determined by the Seller, after the registration is transferred back to the Seller. Every effort will be made to replace the puppy as soon as possible. Purchaser’s Veterinarian costs will be the Purchaser’s responsibility. Seller reserves the right to confirm the problem(s) with our own veterinarian. This infectious disease warranty will be void and non-binding if the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within the first 72 hours of receiving the puppy. Please keep a copy of your puppy's first vet visit for your records.

If, on or before the date of two years, after the date of shipping or pick-up, a life threatening congenital anomaly is found to be in the puppy, (detected by two established, separate, licensed veterinarians, and documented with microchip number) the Seller will refund half of the purchase price of the puppy (not including shipping) after the registration is transferred back to the Seller. Should the puppy die within the two year warranty, from a congenital anomaly (detected by two established, licensed veterinarians, and documented with microchip number), the Seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal or greater value from a litter determined by the Seller, after the registration is transferred back to the Seller.  Every effort will be made to replace the puppy as soon as possible. Purchaser’s veterinarian costs will be the Purchaser’s responsibility.  Seller reserves the right to confirm the problem(s) with our own veterinarian.

Purchaser agrees to spay/neuter the puppy listed below, before six months of age.  Lack of spaying/neutering completely nullifies this complete healthy warranty.  In the rare cases of full registration, no guarantee will be given for the ability of said puppy to sire, conceive or produce healthy puppies.  Breeding before the age of two years completely nullifies this complete healthy warranty. 

If, on or before the date of two years, after the date of shipping or pick-up, crippling elbow or hip dysplasia is found to be in the puppy, (detected by two established, seperate, licensed veterinarians, and documented with microchip number) Seller will refund half of the purchase price of the puppy (not including shipping) after the registration is transferred back to the Seller.  Should the puppy have to be euthanized because of extreme debilitation, Seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal or greater value from a litter determined by the Seller, after the registration is transferred back to the Seller.  Every effort will be made to replace the puppy as soon as possible.  Purchaser's veterinarian costs will be the Purchaser's responsibility.  Seller reserves the right to confirm the problem(s) with our own veterinarian.   As a responsible dog owner, Purchaser understands that many environmental circumstances can affect joint health, and agrees to feed this puppy a premium food specially formulated for breed size,  and will keep said puppy in a lean condition to promote healthy joint growth.  Purchaser understands that kenneling and running puppies on cement, and excessive running or jumping before the age of two years can encourage the development of hip dysplasia. 

Purchaser agrees to provide scheduled health care, vaccinations, regular wormings, quality food and water at all times and climate controlled, indoor shelter. Please note that this puppy will not be fully inoculated until the completion of it's immunization series at 16 weeks of age.  An accompanying health chart will list the recommended schedule for completion.  Limited exposure is suggested to outside environment and people/animal contact until said puppy is fully inoculated.  If this puppy sustains health problems resulting from injury, mistreatment or neglect, after leaving the Seller, the Seller will not assume responsibility for it and no refund will be forthcoming.

In the event of life-changing circumstances (such as, but not limited to, allergies, landlord refusal, family problems, or adjustment problems) if  Purchaser is no longer able to care for their puppy, Purchaser understands that no refund will be given by the Seller.  Purchaser understands that it is their responsibility to place their puppy in a quality home.  Purchaser agrees NOT to place their puppy in an animal shelter.
