Janet,

We could not have asked for a more perfect puppy! When he arrived at the terminal I took him out and his little nubbed tail was on instant overtime! Gave him some water since it was quite warm out and put him in the truck. I sat him on the front seat of the truck and he went right onto the center console and sat backwards for the remainder of the drive home. I took him to my wife's work to show her the new puppy and he went bananas for her almost as if he's known her all his life. We took him home and set up his new area (at least for a few weeks until we get the new house) and he as been just perfect. For the most part he lets us know when he's got to potty and already knows where to go to do it and how to get back home when he's done. He stays right by our sides when we walk him on his leash and is a very happy puppy. He stayed in his kennel until about 5 this morning when he "told" us he had to go and then he slept on "his" half of the bed until we all woke back up. He has been showered with toys and such and plays like there's no tomorrow. I will keep you posted as to our progress and send photos as soon as we get into the new house. His vet appointment is set for Monday for his checkup and I will let you know how that went as well. Thank you again for everything and we will keep up updated with photos and stories.

Here are some pics that we have taken the last night and today. . . This puppy seemed like she lived here for years. She wasn’t scared or shy for that matter. Her personality rocks!! She has been wonderful so far and we all love her very much. Thanks again.

I just wanted to send you an email to let you know that Gaylynn arrived safe and sound! Her flight was delayed by a couple of minutes from Chicago to Grand Rapids, but she made it! She is cute as a button (we fell in love with her through the pictures, and she’s even cuter - didn’t know that was possible - in person), and we just love her to death!! I took a couple of pictures, but will take more this weekend and send you some. Thanks again for all of your hard work in getting an addition to our family!

Hi Janet,

I have been wanting to write to you for months. I can't tell you what a joy it is having our new addition to the family. "Meg" is the princess in our home. Everywhere I take her people always comment on how she had the prettiest face! Of course I knew it. The vet loves her. I've been taking her to obedience school at SDT. She has slept inside since the night we brought her home with no accidents or barking or whining. We gave her a pool for keeping cool over the summer also she loves swimming! My daughter wants to know when the next litter of Goldens will be. She wants one too. Thank you again. We love our sweet puppy!
