Hi Janet,

The whole neighborhood is in love with our puppy! She is the hit of the town.

More importantly, we are all crazy about her and almost can't remember what it was like without her. She is so smart, a really quick learner. She loves to curl up in our laps. We don't get much done anymore; but that's ok. This is much more fun. Her behavior is getting much better too.

Last night she slept from 9pm until 5am. Wow! We are used to putting her in around 11pm and then waking anywhere between 1 and 4am and then again at 5:30am.

We cannot thank you enough for this precious puppy!

I still owe you more pictures and details about that first magical day.

Hi!

I wanted to share these photos of Gucci. He now weighs 20.8 pounds. He is soooo sweet.

I must tell you Gucci is wonderful.  I never realized that Tori and I would adore him so much.  He is huge.  He now weighs 34 pounds.  I am considering changing his name from Gucci Mertzhandise to Gucci Monster.  He is so very very smart.  He is learning lots of commands.  I have him going to doggy day care every day.  He has lots of room to roam and play in tunnels and climb on things.  He has a blast.  I think by this summer or fall I will want to get him a sister.  Which is the next mini litter to be scheduled?

I thought I would drop you a line and let you know that Gucci is wonderful and completely spoiled.  I took him to the vet today and he weighs 62 pounds.  I have attached two photos for you.  This was at his obedience training graduation.

Hi Janet,

Sorry it has taken so long to give you an update on Buddy (Shaffer). Buddy has settled in so wonderfully in our family. He is so sweet and gentle with the kids . He potty trained real easily. He is following some commands like sit, paw, crate-up and lay. He is so smart and playful. He is adored by everyone who meets him. He is growing very fast. At his vet appt last week (17 weeks) he weighed 13lbs. He is the perfect addition to our family. We can't thank you enough for the love and care you and your family put into your dogs and puppies. I promise to send some new photos ASAP!

*I think Buddy has such a strong resemblance to his mother, Snickerdoodles (His coat color and texture are the same).

*My husband (who was the last one on board when we started our puppy journey) said the only thing he regrets is that we did not get 2 puppies!!!!

Thanks for bringing our family such added happiness,

Kristen Fasano, Massachusetts

Janet,

We are so in love with Grover (Gilford). We had company from Atlanta GA that wanted to take him home, a babysitter that loved him so much she didn't ask for money for taking care of him when we were out of town for a couple of days, and a mother that calls him her puppy to all the other folks at the assisted living home. Mom can't wait till he is old enough to babysit while we are grocery shopping. We are now secondary when we visit, "did you bring my puppy" is first. He has the best big brother, our 8 year old golden retriever, plays, wrestles, and helps train Grover.

Thank you for this wonderful, sweet puppy that will grow (he is growing daily) into an incredible dog that will be loved by many.

Here is Grover 3 months later, same VW Bug and owner, just a little bigger puppy, and he is only 5 months old. He's sweet, gentle and we are loving him.  Thank you again for Grover, he is a prince of a pup.

Here are some pictures.

Here is Grover at 7 months. We had a beautiful day running in the fall leaves at the park. He is as big and faster now then his big brother, an 8 year old golden retriever. They loved playing in the leaves. Grover doesn't shed, but does need to be brushed after running in the woods, which he loves to do. We call him sticks, for the long legs and his constant chewing on sticks. He remains sweet tempered and easy to take places. Grandma and her friends love him at the assisted living facility.

Grover LOVES the snow.  That's good because in Northern Minnesota we have months of snow, and this year it's deep.  Here are some pictures of Grover romping in the snow.

Janet,

We just have to thank you all again for such a wonderful puppy. She's full of good energy and loves to play with her toys. She slept last night from 10 PM to 6 AM in her kennel. She hardly whines anymore when I put her in the kennel for the night. One sshh! does it and she settles down. She sits on command, for all of us, and obeys "stay" for our daughter so far. The Vet thought that we had really done our homework and was very impressed with all that you and your family have done. I've shared the website with many people at work who are admiring her pictures.

Here are a couple of pictures that our granddaughter took. We'll send more as she grows and changes.

We just came from the Vet for Molly's last series of shots. She's 24 pounds. The Vet said that she was the gentlest puppy. She didn't mind any of the exam at all. She is a happy, handful of puppy! She minds any command as long as she sees the treat bag! We've been giving her carrots and ice cubs for her to chew on, instead of other things that I'm sure she prefers, like us or bark from the yard. As soon as it's warm enough, Brandy, a golden retriever, will be coming over to show Molly how to swim. We'll send more pictures of that adventure. Here are a few pictures I took after our outing to the Vet. Enjoy!

Hey Janet,

Just a little update on our wonderful dog you raised. He's doing great and adapting well. He follows our dalmatian, Petey, EVERYWHERE, where Petey is there Jaydon will be too! He gets a 2 mile walk every morning to our local park where he gets to meet other dogs. He also has a vet appointment tomorrow for his next set of shots. His favorite playmate yet seems to be our cat, Bandit, whom has been ever so patient with Jaydon's puppy tendencies. He's getting so big so fast! Here are some pictures of him, including his recent first trip to the beach. He wasn't too fond of the waves coming at him but he loved the sand and sunshine. He fits right with the California sunbathers.

p.s in one of the pictures you can see my cat, another is him on his new "big boy bed" (after stealing Petey's bed numerous times we decided to get him his own). He always has to be at my feet even if just for a couple seconds, as you can see he loved the beach.

Dear Janet,

I just wanted to thank you once again for our Jake (Jaydon). This coming June 20th he will be 2 years old and August 19th will be our 2 year mark of having him. He has been such a beautiful dog and gentle creature to have. He is great with the neighborhood kids and keeps us laughing. He has an unforgettable personality. Also, he aided in the rehabilitation of my mother after a 5-month ailment. He has been such a blessing our life!

He graduated from Puppy Education at the top of his class (as well as class clown) and went on to complete Intermediate Education. He is a healthy happy pup enjoying his weekend hikes with Dad. The other Weims we have met through dog socialization clearly have not been as high quality of a breed as Jake and we are so happy we chose you as our breeder.

Thank you for our beautiful dog!

We got Jaydon from you almost 2 yrs. ago and I have been meaning to contact you ever since.  He is such a gentle well mannered breed. We are blessed each day with his loving attitude and always obedient behavior. I can't say enough about the breed. I highly recommend them as pets. He's so smart and makes us laugh a lot.

Kate, my daughter, showed me your website that speaks of your faith, I am also a born again believer and sensed years ago when we got Jaydon that it was something God was directing us toward. It always amazes me when we find out after the fact that we were used in blessing others along with be blessed ourselves.

Well I just wanted you to know that Jaydon listens to Christian music on KLOVE and I'm sure he is glad he came to join our family. I also enjoy some of the same pastors and teachers that you mentioned in your testimony. In fact, Chip Ingram recently spoke at our church in Fremont, CA, I'm always blessed by his teachings and style of speaking.

Take care sister and some day we will meet on the other side...

Allison Harmon, Jaydon's mom

Thanks again!

Hi Janet,

Callie is just great. We are going to keep her name.  She is sleeping all night long in the crate.  The first night she cried a lot, so we decided to put her crate in our bedroom.   She is so pleased just being able to see us in the room with her.  We are making great progress with her potty training as well.  I took her to the vet for a check up on Monday and she was so sweet and gentle.  The vet just thought she was a wonderful puppy and she has a great temperament.  We will be going back to the vet for her 12 week immunizations.  Here is a picture of Callie and I will give her a hug for you.   I’ll keep in touch.

Hi Janet,

He is just fantastic. He's currently attacking his bed, just being a puppy. I had him at the vet the other day and we're setting up the next round of vaccinations for 3 weeks from now. We renamed him Burnie, and I'll send some pics along soon.

____________________

Burnie is doing great. He's still a bouncing baby, but he listens well and is very smart. He loves EVERYONE he meets. He learns quickly and I really couldn't ask for a better dog/family member. These pictures are a few weeks old. He's about 17 lbs now (6 months old), and I'll upload the newer ones soon. Thank you so much for everything. We would love to get another puppy from you sometime in the next couple of years.

Janet -

Good Morning! Shawna is doing wonderfully!! Everyone I know (including myself) has been calling her the PERFECT puppy!

It is truly amazing that she is sleeping throughout the night (from 11pm to 6:30am) without a peep. She has been almost perfect with housetraining and does very well playing quietly in her "daytime crate". She is also the perfect lap dog during quiet times and is very happy to sleep or just lie down for a petting session at my feet or on my lap.

Her first vet appointment last week was a real show! Shawna was very well behaved, but so adorable that the entire staff just fell in love with her. She was passed around so everyone could spend some time with her. They tried to tell me that they needed to keep her for "observation" for several days because they didn't want to give her back.

She loves her walks too...although, they take forever because every neighbor comes out to meet & greet her. She has had lots of socialization! She has met lots of kids, the trash men, the UPS guy, many joggers & bikers, big buses, a fire truck, the vacuum cleaner, the leaf blower, several cats and squirrels! She loves everyone & everything. Not a bit timid!!

I must thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such a phenomenal breeder and raising such a perfect little girl!

I'll be sure to keep in-touch often with updates.

Thanks,

Roger Beckman, Washington, D.C.
