Deposits are not refundable except in cases where a reserved puppy becomes unavailable to the Purchaser. If the reserved puppy becomes unavailable to the Purchaser, full refund of the deposit and other paid funds will be returned promptly, or can be applied to another available puppy of Purchaser's choice.
