The puppies are having a great first week and spend most of the day nursing or sleeping. They now spread out under the heat lamp instead of crowding around Oakley to nurse constantly, this is a good sign that they are getting enough to eat and are content. Marisa and Chasedy are taking great care of the babies and they have started taking the puppies through their first stage of socialization. Next week expect to see a close up video of each puppy going through this first stage. Enjoy the newborn pictures!
Oakley has given birth to eight beautiful, healthy puppies with Ron’s help! She had an easy delivery and is settling in wonderfully with her new babies. She has been given oxytocin and a precautionary round of penicillin, and tomorrow she will receive a relaxing bath while her little ones continue to thrive.

Oakley and Enzo have been confirmed pregnant for F1b Toy English Teddybear Goldendoodles with European And Champion Bloodlines. Dr. Megan saw about 8+ puppies and said that they look like they are doing great! Check out Oakley’s ultrasound video below.
